The Hub’s flextime offices are beautiful, fully furnished private offices for wellness practitioners. Book the hours you need, and leave the rest to us.
What is a flextime membership?
Our Hub flextime membership gives you adjustable amount of hours each month in our private, professionally furnished offices. You book rooms online whenever you need to see your clients. We take care of the furniture, the cleaning, the supplies, and the utilities.
You can increase or decrease your monthly hours as your practice shrinks or grows, or even put your membership on hold if needed. And we make sure there is availability in the offices so you can see your clients when you need to.
It's the simplest way to have a beautiful professional office without paying for one around the clock.
How it works
Choose your hours. Pick a monthly membership tier based on how many hours you would like access to the offices. Memberships start at 4 hours a month and go up to more than 100 hours a month.
Book online. Reserve any open office through our online member calendar or easy to use phone app, any day or night of the week. You can book as far in advance as needed, and create recurring bookings as well.
See your clients. Conduct your sessions in person or by telehealth, in a private, sound buffered office with high-speed WiFi.
Adjust as you grow. Easily change your total number of monthly hours as your practice changes, with 5 days notice before the end of any month.

Frequently asked questions
Will I be signing a lease? You join the Hub as a member and sign a Membership Agreement instead of a lease. There's no long-term lease requirements and no landlord relationship, just a professional community with flexible terms.
What if I need more hours one month? You can raise your tier on any given month with 5 days notice before the end of that month. That said, if you go over your allotted hours for that month you then simply pay the hourly fee of $25/hr.
Can I see clients by telehealth? Yes! Every office has high-speed WiFi and the privacy you need for virtual sessions.
What do I need to join? Professional liability insurance and any licenses or certifications required for your practice. The Hub must be named as additional insured, which is usually a simply and free process.
Can I try it before committing? We have month-to month, six-month, and full-year commitment terms so you can choose what works best for you and your practice. You can also switch between these terms once the commitment period is complete for true flexibility.
What's the community like? Warm, professional, and genuinely connected. The break room is the daily heart of the Hub, where you can overlap with other members and engage in conversion, or simply take care of your own work, as needed. Our member-only parties and in-house gatherings are a blast; great people make for worthwhile connecting. If you’d like to check out our community before joining you can come to a Wellness Wednesdays gathering and see for yourself. It's open to all local wellness practitioners on the first Wednesday of each month.
More quotes from our members!
“The rent is much more affordable than other spaces in Boulder. It is really nice to have a community of people to be around everyday rather than alone in a solo office. I like the kitchen and work space too! The Hub is well managed and problems are addressed quickly.”
“The space is extraordinary. Aesthetically, energetically, and on a soul level, I love being in the office. Practically, I’m really impressed by how well this system works. So far it’s been very rare for me to not have a space when I need it. I’m pleasantly surprised by the lack of issues.”
“There’s no better place to get started as an independent practitioner in Boulder. Nothing else matches the price, atmosphere, and convenience if you don’t need a full-time space.”
“I have really enjoyed being social in the break room and at various Hub gatherings. I’ve made connections with people who I’ve referred to and received referrals from, and have made friendships as well.”
