How to Sooth Nerves and Reduce Anxiety using Herbs, Food and Nature!
Just in time for the Holidays! If you yearn to feel more relaxed while juggling all of life’s demands and responsibilities, know that you are not alone! Modern life is hectic at times, and it is essential to nourish and support the nervous system (without sedating) on a regular basis in order to maintain optimal mental and physical well-being. This is a lecture and experiential style class and will focus on specific herbs, nutrients and nature connection, all shown to offer immense therapeutic benefit for the nervous system, promote a sense of peaceful calm, and reduce anxiety. We will be sampling a variety of delicious food and medicine from the herbs discussed, and have a brief nature-connection experience.
